How do I register for the HappyGayTV Club?
There are several ways to register for the HappyGayTV Club.
In the top menu, click on the main menu and follow the instructions given to you in the video for this part.
You can also click on the pop-up that appears and invites you to register.
But you can also register directly by clicking here
How do I connect to the Club?
Once registered, the connection will be made automatically, after a few seconds.
You will have direct access to Club videos depending on your subscription.
If you have disconnected or if you want to connect from a new device, you have several solutions:
- Click on the top menu on HappyGayTV Club and then click on the trailer and the login pop up will appear.
- or more simply, click here
Just fill in your information and you will be connected.
NB: If you are already logged in, this small logo is automatically displayed in the main menu:
Why can't I access new videos of the HappyGayTV Club ?
For the connection to be made, it is essential that the email entered in your order form, and the one with which you connected to the HappyGayTV Club (your best email), are the same.
If not, log on to the HappyGayTV Club again (new registration), but this time with the email you just entered in your order form.
In case of hesitation, this is the one on which you have just received our email confirming your subscription.
Don't forget to also check your spam folder.
Otherwise, wait a few moments, while the new parameters of your subscription are taken into account, and then reload the HappyGayTV Club page.

How do I know if my message has reached the Hotline?
If your audio or video message has been sent to the hotline, you will receive an email confirming that it has arrived on our servers.
To validate it, you will have to click on the link in this email.
Thanks to this manipulation, you can be sure that your message has reached us.
Why didn't my message reach the hotline?
First of all, make sure that our email acknowledging receipt of your message has not arrived in your spam.
Be careful, it may also take a few moments before you receive it.
To be sure that your message is received on our servers, always prefer a good wifi connection, to that of a 3G, 4G or 5G connection.
Indeed, the wifi is more stable and often less saturated.
Then, make sure you haven't left the Hot-Line page before your message has been sent, i.e. wait until the 3 little dots have disappeared and your page has refreshed.
Don't forget that you can also send us a message via your PC or Mac.
Anyway, in case of bad network conditions, always prefers an audio message to a video message.
NB: If your message has not reached us, it will be technically impossible, for us, as for you, to recover it. You will then have to redo your message, and make sure you have sent it to us in the best network conditions.

The Hot-Line does not work with my browser
The Hot-Line is a concentrate of new technologies.
Only the latest versions of Chrome 94.0.4606.61, Firefox 92.0.1, or Safari 14 or later versions work with the Hotline.
This is not guaranteed to work with Edge, Opera, or Internet Explorer.
You must therefore update your browser or download a new one.

iOs, my camera and my microphone aren't activated in the hot-line?
On an iPhone, if the camera or microphone activation authorization pop-up is not called, then the following parameters must be modified:
For the camera, go to the following menus:
Regalges / General / Safari / Camera / Request.
For sound:
Settings / General / Safari / Micro / Request.
NB: To use the camera, both the camera AND the sound must be activated.
Mac OS, my camera and my microphone aren't activated in the hotline?
On Mac, if the camera and/or microphone activation authorization pop-up is not called, then the following parameters must be modified:
- Open Safari:
- In the top left menu: Click on Safari/Preferences.
- In the Preferences menu at the top: click on the "Website" icon
- In the left column select: Camera and/or Microphone
- In the right column, select the Happygaytv.com site and select according to your choice in the drop-down menu either: request or authorize.
In the second case (authorize), you will no longer see the authorization request pop-up, the connection to the camera and the microphone will be instantaneous.
NB: To use the camera, you must activate both the camera AND the sound.
Android: my camera and my microphone are not activated in the hotline?
- On your Android device, open the Chrome app
- To the right of the address bar, tap More/ Settings.
- Tap Site Settings.
- Tap Microphone and/or Camera.
- Press to activate the microphone and/or the camera.
Chrome on PC and Mac: My camera and microphone won't activate in the hotline?
- Open Chrome.
- At the top right, click on More (3 small dots one above the other)/ Settings.
- Click on Privacy and security Site settings. Camera or Microphone.
- Choose the option you want to use as default. Check blocked and allowed sites.
Firefox on Mac: my camera and my microphone do not activate in the hotline
- Open Firefox
- In the top left menu: Click on Firefox/Preferences.
- In the left column, click on "Privacy and security"
- Scroll the right window down to the paragraph: "Permissions"
- Opposite Camera and/or Microphone on the same line click on settings
- Select the HappyGayTV site or do a search in the top bar.
- Select the site and and modify the parameters and/or uncheck at the bottom of the pages "Block new requests for access to your camera and/or your microphone.
- Save Changes.
Firefox on Windows: my camera and my microphone, do not activate in the Hot-Line
- Open Firefox
- In the top right menu click on the icon with the 3 small lines one below the other.
- In the drop-down menu go to Settings and click.
- In the left column, click on "Privacy and security"
- Scroll the right window down to the paragraph: "Permissions"
- Opposite Camera and/or Microphone on the same line click on settings
- Select the HappyGayTV site or do a search in the top bar.
- Select the site and and modify the parameters and/or uncheck at the bottom of the pages "Block new requests for access to your camera and/or your microphone.
- Save Changes.
How do I disconnect from the HappyGayTV site?
It is very simple:
- On PC: just hover your mouse over this logo , which you will find at the top, in the main menu.
And click on logout in the menu that will appear below.
- On smartphone: click to the right of the logo on
In the drop-down menu locate the logo and click on the arrow
Then, click on "log out" which will be displayed just below.
